- Communication and interpersonal skills to create a YouTube channel and video starring you to introduce you to potential students and their respective families. (Training will be provided.)

Setting Your Own Schedule and Classes
Do you want to set your OWN schedule? My allowing teachers to set their own schedule and classes can have numerous benefits for both the teachers and the students. It can lead to greater flexibility, personalization, accountability, and innovation, and , resulting in improved student outcomes and a more fulfilling and effective teaching experience for teachers.

Scheduling is controlled and assisted by the program. Furthermore, this program will follow the standard school week consisting of 5 days, Monday through Friday, with holidays off. Although, students will be able to take a class any time of the day or week, so we will need several teachers available and on board.
Determining Your Pay
Are you are tired of being under paid with no respect to your qualifications to advance? We are proud to say that you can actually do what you do best and get compensated for your valuable time. Your income is determined on the total number of students in your Zoom class. Zoom classes have the capacity to hold up to 500 students.
How it works:
- Student Access a Class, $.50 is Credited to the Wallet of the Teacher. Therefore, if you are teaching 500 (max allowed) students in a session=$250.
- Students permitted to attend up to 5 Classes Daily for Grades 1 through 8.
- Students Permitted to attend up to 6 Classes Daily for Grades 9 thru 12
- Pay structure will be setup in the FMS vortex system. Zoom classroom fees covered upon signup. Training is provided for YouTube and instruction on the curriculum material.
- Being part of the FMS vortex platform, earn more money by promoting the goods and services offered. Building a customer base or even partnerships and teams worldwide.
This exceptional platform is looking for ONLY instructors, teachers and tutors that exceptional. Wanted teachers that are loving, compassionate, exciting, enthusiastic as well as educated teachers in our program. No couch potatoes or others out just looking to make a paycheck. Bottom line if you are not exceptional , you will not make the money you are looking for. Remember, your attraction is what will draw the students to you. Although we will have marketing to get the student base into the program, whether they select you as the teacher is strictly in your hands. Remember, you get paid per student. Not per class.
